  1. Charge / assist boundary: Battery-assist packages are not recommended when continuous dig cycles exceed the published assist map or when ground pressure must stay below 35 kPa on peat — revert to a wider-shoe diesel class.
  2. Noise vs breakout trade-off: Low-noise night packages that hold perimeter dB can reduce available breakout force; if targets sit above 140 kN, keep a Tier 4 Final machine on the day shift.
  3. Digital-twin data limit: Twin synchronization assumes ISO 4406 hydraulic sampling and undercarriage wear surveys stay on the 250-hour / 8,000-hour cadence; skipping samples voids predictive liner alerts.
  4. Verification path: Application engineers can host a free duty-cycle map review and optional on-site hydraulic sampling so buyers reproduce dig-depth, noise and pressure claims before capital release.
